Community Involvement

The purpose of the Junior League of Charleston Inc.'s Community Events Calendar is to provide nonprofit organizations in the tri-county area a comprehensive calendar of all events. This calendar is a resource for other nonprofits, Junior League members and also the general public. The purpose of posting an event on this calendar is to provide the public with information on events to attend, participate in, or with which to volunteer. Those organizations interested in posting their events on the Community Calendar should meet one of the focus areas of the Junior League of Charleston, Inc.'s mission and be a registered nonprofit 501(c)3 organization.

The following organizations are restricted from posting: political, religious or other organizations when the benefits are limited exclusively to their members. (i.e. teaching Sunday school classes for your church, assisting with fundraising efforts for lobbying or political campaigns) are not considered eligible. All events should be open to the public.

To have your event considered for posting to the Community Events Calendar please fill out and submit the Event Form.
